Tunnel pasteurizer machine was designed for the thermal treatment of beer and other beverages to be packaged in glass bottles or cans to increase the biological stability of products. Used in filling lines they ensure that the taste of products being bottled or canned is not altered. Automatic and semi-automatic machines are available.
Made from stainless steel, tunnel pasteurizer machines designed to meet a range of parameters for different sized breweries and to cater for various output requirements.

WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
Water treatment system
We have RO filter, Nano filter and Ultra filter system. We will suggest the suitable water treatment system according to clients' water quality report and requirements.

Juice Preparation System
Juice preparation system is including hot water system, sugar melting pot, filter, mixing tank, homogenizer UHT machine, aseptic tank. The core part is UHT machine.
PET BOTTLE BLOW MOLDING SYSTEM
Bottle blowing system
Plastic bottle blowing moulding machine is commonly called as plastic blowing machine, bottle blowing machine, blow moulding machine, which is widely used in the pre-production of bottle filling production line.
JUICE FILLING SYSTEM
Juice Filling Machine
RCGF series juice filling machine is used in production of hot juice packed in PET bottles. Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine. It is suitable for 200-2000ml bottle. Speed can be adjustable, automation degree is high, filling level is accurate, international electric components adopted. Capacity can be customized from 1000BPH-30000BPH. It is really one ideal equipment for bottled juice producer.
COOLING PASTEURIZER TUNNEL
Juice cooling pasteurizer tunnel
Juice cooling pasteurizer tunnel is used for juice second time pasteurizing. Use hot water to spray bottle outside to keep the bottle temperature at 85-90degree for 15mins. It will extend the bottled juice shelf life.
LABELING SYSTEM
Labeling System
We have PVC sleeve labeling machine, hot melt glue OPP labeling machine, self-adhesive labeling machine. Clients can choose the machine they want.
PACKING SYSTEM
Packing system
We supply best final product package solution according to clients' requirements and market demands. Normally there are two type package: Film wrapping and carton packing.

Conveyor system
Conveyor system will be designed according to clients' factory layout. Famous brand motor and lubrication system will be adopted in the line.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
Injection Molding System
This plastic bottle preform and cap injection molding machine is specially for making plastic bottle preforms and caps. Then the plastic bottle preforms could used in plasic bottle blowing moulding process to make plastic bottles. The plastic bottles and caps could be further used in bottle filling production line to make bottle water, bottle juice or bottle sauce, etc.
