BCGF series juice filling machine is rotary type monobloc 2 in 1 canning-seaming machine. It is suitable for all kind of gas drink, like carbonated drink, beer, cola, sprite, etc. New seaming technology adopting guarantees high speed running and good seaming effect.Electric lifting makes different can volume exchange much easier than before. Machine capacity can be customized from 1000CPH to 36000CPH.

Brewing equipment is widely used in brewery factory, restaurant and so on. It can brew pale lager, amber lager, dark lager, ale and etc at proper temperature with different raw material. According to the client's requirement, we can produce stainless steel 304 brewhouse, copper and etc.

Can De-palletizer
The automatic depalletizer is a fully integrated automatic depalletizing system, which boasts an extremely flexible modular design. It can depalletize a wide range of products including glass bottles and jars, PET bottles and containers, and cans. The system automatically removes and stacks Tier / Layer Sheets, Top Frames, and empty pallets.
WARMING PASTEURIZER TUNNEL
Pasteurizer tunnel
Pasteurizer tunnel is used in beer filling production line. It is used for sterilizing bottled or canned beer at 62degree for 20mins.
LABELING SYSTEM
Labeling System
We have PVC sleeve labeling machine, hot melt glue OPP labeling machine, self-adhesive labeling machine. Clients can choose the machine they want.
PACKING SYSTEM
Packing system
We supply best final product package solution according to clients' requirements and market demands. Normally there are two type package: Film wrapping and carton packing.

This plastic bottle preform and cap injection molding machine is specially for making plastic bottle preforms and caps. Then the plastic bottle preforms could used in plasic bottle blowing moulding process to make plastic bottles. The plastic bottles and caps could be further used in bottle filling production line to make bottle water, bottle juice or bottle sauce, etc.
